Collagen - important protein
Collagen is the most abundant protein in our body. It constitutes the majority of connective tissue and support tissue, determining their mechanical properties. It is the fibrous component of bones, cartilage, and tendons.
A collagen fiber has considerable tensile strength. Thus, a load of 10 to 40 kg is necessary to break a collagen fiber with a diameter of 1 mm.
In addition to these nutrients, the product contains 100 mg of Chondroitin sulfate. Chondroitin is part of the glycosaminoglycan group.
