Remove the cap from the ampoule and put on the enclosed applicator. The ampoule is ready for use immediately.
After washing your hair (when your hair is still wet), apply the contents of a single ampoule to your entire scalp and massage in.
Apply twice a week (one ampoule each time), ideally over a period of at least two months.
